The Briggs & Stratton 675EX is a 190cc <!-- verify: briggsandstratton.com --> 4-stroke overhead-valve engine in B&S's upper consumer push mower range, sharing displacement with the 625EX but rated at higher torque output for better performance in demanding residential cutting — thick turf, slopes, and bagging. It uses a Walbro or Nikki carburetor <!-- verify: briggsandstratton.com --> and a Champion RC12YC spark plug. Annual maintenance: oil change (SAE 30 or 10W-30), air filter, spark plug. Carburetor cleaning or rebuild addresses the majority of fuel-related no-start and rough-running conditions. A common engine on upper-tier Craftsman and Troy-Bilt push mowers.
